We manufacture to original specifications the correct type units for British vehicles including Jaguar, MG, Austin, Morris, Healey, Triumph and Morgan. We can also reverse engineer units for rare and uncommon British vehicles. Great care has been taken to manufacture a high quality product that will satisfy the most discerning of restorers.

All units have fibre re-enforced diaphragms to cater for modern fuels and oil, and provide a longer service life.

Original style boxes are available if required. Also offered are the micro-adjuster mounting kits for the early and late units as well as a 10 pack of 1/4" brass screw set

Early DVX and DM units may be ordered with stamped part numbers and/or codes. Vacuum caps can be ordered in brass or aluminium.

These are replacement ID plates for the first 5,000 Austin Healey 100 cars, up to September 1954 - car #161885. They are the correct colour, thickness and typestyle to match originals, and have been reviewed by Austin Healey authorities for authenticity.

AUSTIN HEALEY VALVE COVERS

Finned aluminum valve covers for both four and six cylinder Austin Healeys.

Covers are highly polished castings and come complete with knurled hold down knobs and etched brass logo plate.

The four cylinder cover is available with either a breather style cap or with a side breather vent and a billet cap. The side breather has a serpentine oil trap built-in inside the cover and will connect to the stock air filter or cold air box.

The six cylinder cover includes a billet filler cap and is threaded for the "T" fitting from the stock cover. Billet caps, hold down knobs and logo plates are available as separate items.

WIRING HARNESSES

Our wiring harnesses are manufactured on specialised equipment to ensure original specifications of cables, outer finish, terminations and fittings, loose wires, pigtails for headlights, panel light wires and sub assemblies etc. We manufacture some Lucas parts that are not currently available to original specifications, such as panel light holders and terminals.

All wiring harnesses come with original wiring diagram, colour codes and wiring details for any extras added.

Required modifications by customers can be included, such as alternator, flashing indicators, fog lamps and power leads for modern technology such as Sat Nav.

Battery and starter cables are waxed with brass lugs, rubber sleeving and/or steel flexible protection. Diecast cap type are no longer available so we provide brass terminals.
